Thank you so much! It’s very interesting you mentioned #30. My girlfriends (some over 50 y.o) still find it difficult too. It was also hard for me in the beginning, but I had no choice when I first moved to a country where I had to start from scratch. Now, I find shopping alone very freeing and empowering.
